What We Do

Education

Woke India Foundation is involved in educating and mentoring children from orphanages, slums and village community centers. It strives to build an equal and socially conscious society. We believe in enabling the socially and economically marginalized to become self-reliant. Our focus is on girl children, street children, and disabled children to help them become empowered and independent.

  • Workshops for Skill Certification with collaboration of NSDC to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.
  • Operating various Model Training centers in districts to provide vocational training.
  • Providing support of underprivileged Children in collaboration with Government Schools and community based organizations.
  • Financial sponsorship for underprivileged students with potential.

Healthcare

Through a community health programme, Woke India Foundation is spreading awareness of preventive and promotive health. With the promise of providing quality healthcare to underprivileged, we are working towards causes that go hand-in-hand with healthcare, such as providing nutritional support, drugs abuse control, mental and emotional health.

Women Upliftment

By providing a platform to challenge oppressive norms and conducting programmes to increase self-confidence, independence, awareness about sexuality, Financial up-liftment and build leadership in women, Woke India Foundation believes in strengthening urban as well as rural women.

Old Age Support

From running a Community Kitchen to Community Based Rehabilitation, Woke India Foundation taking care of senior citizens in many villages and urban slums / cities of India. Endeavouring that our elders don’t go to sleep hungry, the programme provides basic amenities including dry ration and nutritious meals.

Employment

Woke India foundation is effectively empowering marginalized beneficiaries, backward and tribal areas of India, enabling them with professional and vocational trainings thereby employment opportunities in backward areas, with least development.

Woke India is dedicatedly working towards providing a self-sustainable, job-assured, loan-funded, vocational skilling model, enhancing the incomes and livelihood of the underprivileged, it is engaged in short-term skill training models that helps youths to get assured placement with reputed companies.

Ex-Servicemen Welfare

Woke India aims to bridge the gap between the armed forces and the civilians. Through that effort, it is creating an emotional bond with soldiers and their families. The organization provides help to rehabilitate armed services personnel in different parts of India. Woke India stands for Honor, Pride and Equality of SSC (Short Service Commissioned) Officers from Army, Air Force & Navy (including EC Emergency Commissioned/EC & WSES/Women Special Entry Scheme officers).
